Really like the lighthouse painting.
Less scrapping occurs in the summer, a bit like some recipes I suppose .. there are summer and winter favourites!
I'm grateful for a house near the sea as well.
I tend to do a lot more crafting in general in the winter....in spring and summer gardening and other outdoor pursuits take over.
Knitting, in particular,always seems like a winter activity to me....something you do snuggled on the sofa in front of a fire!!!

Rinda, this has turned into such a beautiful and special gratitude journal. I am not quite sure I can really imagine the pages with plaster, but what I see here is fabulous.
This is an amazing piece of art - I love everything about it, but especially i think that final page with the houses.
I do most crafts year round, but I do struggle with finding light to photograph my stuff in at this time of year
Your journal looks great - I'm one of those Southern CA people but so far the weather hasn't stopped me from doing anything. I would think knitting in the summer would be too hot though!

Hey Rinda, thanks for your comment on PPF. That journal is awesome! And yes, knitting in summer isn't fun and if I have to, I use cotton yarn. Wool is too hot!
Well done on finishing it - it is brilliant. As for me, if/when I knit I tend to only do it in the winter as my hands get too sticky when it is hot! Scrapping I can do all year long.
Great pages Rinda. I think the Gratitude Journal is such a great idea. I'm almost tempted to start doing this in my latest journal. Nice job. Thanks for sharing.

For me, I never do any clay stuff in winter. It's hard, complicated and takes forever to dry (of course I will complain in the summer hat it dries too fast, right?) hehehe
