Week in A Life Art Journal Day 3 (Quiet Time)

I really struggle with 'my time' and not feeling guilty - something I am working on!
A good thing to think about. I was brought up believing I always had to be doing something "useful" so it has taken me years to understand that doing something I enjoy, just for fun actually is useful.
Thats is beautiful. I love quiet time.

Really like the art journal used in this way.....and such an important time 'quiet time'.
Do you use a watercolor pad for your journals? I usually make my own - on a smaller scale. But, I have been considering different options.
Your daily art journal is amazing Maria...really, what a treasure.
