Hello Monday {6}

Hello Monday . . . a meme started by Lisa Leonard.
Hello Tree Swing. Another item off my list for the 2012 Summertime Photography Scavenger Hunt.  Remember, the last day of summer is Sept. 21, and that marks the official end of the Scavenger Hunt.
Hello High School! Today is the first day of school.  Clara is a Freshman, and Henry is a Senior.
Hello Husband? Paul has been in the hospital for over a week battling a really dangerous infection. He seems to have turned the corner, and we hope to have him back home in just a few days.
Hello to accepting help from loving friends.  A group of my girl friends have started to bring meals over once a week.  And my sister-in-law came up to see Paul and to lend me a hand for a few days. My dear friend Rebecca brought over sandwiches from our favorite deli.  I don't know what I would do without the help and support.
Hello prayers for a brighter future for us all.

I do hope that Paul will get home this week....and,like Sian, wish I was close enough to be of help to you....there's nothing like good friends.
Good luck to the kids in their first days back at school.

Oh yes, I am with Sian - I'd love to be able to pop over with a meal for you right now, but, I am glad that others are there to help and support.
I look forward to hearing that Paul is home later in the week.x

Hello, dear friend. I am sorry to hear that Paul has been sick this past week, but so very happy to hear that you are getting help from your friends! Having your hubby in the hospital means you are pulled in another direction and I know how difficult that can be to maintain some sort of normalcy around your home.

If I lived closer you can bet I'd be swinging by with a plate of something - I might even be inclined to share the pesto I'm going to make with your recipe! ;o)

Hang in there, Rinda. {{{hugs}}}

I hope Paul is soon better. I wish your children a good start to the new school year, I go back next Monday after a good break and re-charge of batteries. I have yet to find a tree swing, I think it will be the last item to find! Yours is superb!

what a cool tree swing - so rustic, as if the board was from the tree itself. we are starting our fourth week of school here - summer is just a memory. best wishes to paul for a speedy recovery so he can be back home.

I am so envious of your tree swing, I could cheat and put in the photo I have on me on one taken in 2003 but that's going a step too far lol

Take care of yourself. (Your two kids are so grown-up and good looking! Glad to hear Clara is recovering.) What a summer you've had!
