PPF: Completed "Abstract"

A few weeks ago, I started this as an abstract painting. You can see it here. I added some stylized flowers and stenciled circles.  I don't think it counts as an abstract anymore because I added identifiable (even if stylized) elements.  What do you think?  Is that right?
In any event, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. It's definitely a departure for me.   That's one of the reasons I really appreciate Paint Party Friday - it pushes me to try new things in my painting. If you want to see other examples of painterly goodness, check out this link.

Your background is amazing and a beautiful compliment to the flowers (or the other way around).

And yes, the conche is tricky to draw. :)

I agree that it takes away the abstract but I love the additions you made, it really makes it :)

To me this is still an abstract since the flowers are done in such a stylized form.
