I have a whole bag of projects from Club Scrap that I am working my way through this year, with a little help from the Felt Fairy's "Monthly Make" prompt. For April, I created this travel journal for our trip to Ireland and Barcelona this summer. It uses a hand made journal kit from Club Scrap's Destination Collection. The pages are light green, white, dark blue and light blue.
The front inside cover (left) has a large pocket decorated with stamps. The interior pages have journaling blocks from Club scrap and the cool tags I made, inspired by this month's Counterfeit Kit.
There are more tags and another pocket on the inside back cover, too!
Once we get our itinerary set, I'll start filling it with information. And then I'll add more while we're on the road. It feels great to complete another little project! Have you had the nice feeling of completion for anything lately?

What a wonderful idea! It looks beautiful. And what great trips you have planned! Barcelona is on my list of places to visit too one day.
My daughter went to Barcelona last October and loved it. Enjoy your planning.
What a great idea. Barcelona is an amazing place. Make sure you leave plenty of pages for all that you will see. The architecture, the human street statues on Las Ramblas, Segrada Familia, the food, the beach .... the list goes on and on! You'll have a fantastic time.
Oh, Ireland and Barcelona... I'm green with envy... :)
Your journaling tags are beautiful! thanks for sharing.
This is lovely, and you've left lots of room for your photos and memories which sometimes these journals don't do. I bought a tiny Amy Tan Sketchbook to use on our trip to Oregon. It won't begin to hold the whole experience, but I thought it would be a fun way to collect some of the memorabilia along the way.
How inviting it looks! and it won't be long before it starts to fill up
This looks great Rinda. I'm working on completing several projects this month, and this week I'm finishing up the journal I used on our cruise. I'm adhering in memorabilia & adding the last few notes & a few thumbnail photos to complete it.
Hi Rinda, I loved this project and I love how you are using it!
Rinda
This is a fabulous project for you to take on your travels.

SO cool! Both your travel journal and the fact that you're visiting Ireland and Barcelona...I'm a little jealous! :)

I have never been as prepared as you are, I tend to do it when I get back. I have an altered canvas that is missing one element and it is dependent on a teenage girl so ...I wait :/
Beautiful journal, Rinda. I love your color combination. That reminds me that you recently asked me whether some of my images on my paintings were from Club Scrap, and no, they're not. I don't have a single Club Scrap item.
what a fun looking travel journal! i can't wait to see how you fill it up with momentos of your journeys.
You are amazingly organized and full of inspiration. Have fun on your trip and in filling your scrapbook.
Can't wait to see the filled journal, Rinda!
It's beautiful! I hope you share it after you fill it!!
That looks great! Hope you enjoy your trip this year - we will be over your way in June!
That looks like it is going to be a great travel journal! And I love that feeling of having completed something ahead of time and having it all ready to go!
Rinda, so great to see your travel album!!! Your tags look so fun. I soooo want to go to Ireland. Think of me when you are there!!!! :) xoxo
Beautiful travel journal, Rinda! Love all of those butterflies!
Love this travel journal! Great idea as always!
What a pretty journal and a great idea for a project. I hope you enjoy your travels as much as those butterflies like flitting from page to page.
