Look Up/Look Down #31: Lazy Morning, Bedside

I love those mornings when I get to hang out in bed, lounging in my jammies, legs tucked under the covers, reading blogs and drinking coffee.  Usually the dogs join me, but, today they're upstairs with Clara and Paul. So, J.J. seized the opportunity to join me for a snuggle (I suspect she's actually here to snuggle up to the warmth generated by the computer). The tableau caught my eye, and I decided to use it as the starting point for this week's look up//look down photography post (an idea started by Helena).  Looking down at the work space which is my bed and looking up at my bed stand (just to my right as I type this). I've only taken a few look up//look down pairings inside the house, but I'm thinking that I want to do more of them.

    This month I sent a layout to Get It Scrapped on the subject of "inventory" and I used a photo of a bedside table. You have reminded me that I had intended to go round and photograph everyone's too. Now I'm loving the "up" and "down" idea as well

    Must be a universal cat trait to curl up like that - Whiskers does the exact same thing. :o) Fun up/down set today, Rinda!

    You are so right- those are the best mornings- when cozy and relaxing in bed! Your photos remind me of those mornings in my house too!

    I could take a pic of my bedside table and then all the stuff that's fallen onto the floor behind it too - except that it might show a few too many dust bunnies. I enjoyed seeing yours - and love that cute little notebook (wink!).

    Love pj days! That's a great idea taking some looking up, looking down in the house. Mind you I'd have to clean it up first. :)
