Do like that windmill shot - such cool detail. Poppies are some of my favourite flowers, loved seeing them in Greece growing wild. Maybe one day in California too :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a FAB windmill. I love windmills :)
ReplyDeleteDid lots of look up, look down yesterday in Lille, will post soon. Didn 't seea windmill!
ReplyDeleteA super contrast both in colour and texture.
ReplyDeleteI also like how the expected smoothness of the windmill is broken up with the spokes, makes for an interesting shot.
ReplyDeleteI'll be back to check out some more scavenger posts soon
ReplyDeleteI, too, like how both of these photos have a circle at the center but such different textures! Great group for up & down.
ReplyDeleteI've checked out some of the other scavenger hunt photos & find it so interesting to see how we interpret the prompts differently at time!
A great pairing Rinda. I love the contrast too. I thought how the centre of the poppy echoes the outer spokes of the wheel.
ReplyDeleteHi Rhinda
ReplyDeleteThese two photos work perfectly together, they have loads of contrast and character. Enjoying the hunt.
Andy
