Father's Day, 2012

We headed out to Galway (on the west coast of Ireland) for the weekend. The weather report said that Sunday would be our best chance of finding sunshine, so we took a chance and booked the ferry out to Inis Mor (the largest of the Aran Islands). And it was glorious!  A bike ride in the Irish country side.  A perfect way to celebrate Father's Day for Paul. What did you do?

p.s. Tomorrow is the first official day of summer!!! You what that means.

  4. Lovely family shot Rinda! We had two kids working the dinner shift, so we went out to Perkins for lunch - apparently a LOT of other people had the same idea!

  6. Father's Day was quiet here - Hubby prefers a lie-in to breakfast in bed and our weather wasn't nearly as sunny as yours. Have fun in Ireland - I've never been!
