A Tag Full of Wild Flowers
My mixed media group is doing a tag swap this month with the theme of "flowers," and here's my creation. Sprayed tag with candlelight glimmer mist. Stamped clovers using Tim Holtz brushless watercolor technique. Stenciled violets onto tag with light moding paste and painted them. Stamped sentiment onto tag and added flower punched from plaster (spritzed with adirondack colorwash). Stamps and stencils from Club Scrap.

Wow, Rinda they look like real dried flowers! So clever.
WOWSER Rinda! Your flowers look just like real dried flowers! Love it.
ooo! I thought you had used pressed flowers on this tag, until I read your description! Sooo clever - and very pretty. Clever Rinda!
This could be one of my favorites; simply beautiful.
So elegant and beautiful Rinda..TFS!
I love this piece, Rinda. I stood in front of the glimmer mist display at my local craft store last week trying to decide which color to purchase. I ended up with nothing because I couldn't decide (I want one of each!). I'm going to buy some this weekend and try my hand at it - I'm really loving this "candlelight" shade.
Very nice composition!
I agree with Sian...they look like like real dried flowers.....just beautiful....definately one of my favourites of your art work.
Really lovely - I love the brushless watercolour technique, and like everyone above I think the paste flowers look so like actual pressed flowers! xx
very lovely!

What a lovely, lovely tag! They remind me of when we used to dry flowers in the phone book as kids!
I just LOVE this tag! The wild flowers are just so refreshing.
