Snap! Happy New Year!

Helena has been hosting a weekly photography challenge for a few years now. For 2016, her theme is "Snap!" She has in mind "between 2 and 4 photos that create a visual set." I like the idea of Snap! as a very small photo essay.
I'm not sure how this will play out, but for my first Snap Set, I'm sharing four photos from New Year's Eve.
To me, they capture the joy of being young and celebrating with friends,
of being confident that your life is good,
and knowing you have a bright future ahead.
What do you think? What will you snap this year?

  6. That's quite a contrast to our New Year's Eve celebration. My daughter and her husband were both working on sermons (they preached at different churches on Sunday), and Tracy and I were just hanging out with our computers and books. VERY low key, and not anywhere near as much fun! I, too, like the idea of the SNAP photos being a photo essay, but I'm not sure I could pull that off every week.
