Well, today is the last day of summer and this weekend marks the end of the 2013 Summertime Photography Scavenger Hunt. Thank you to everyone who has joined in this year. There's been a terrific turn out this year, and I have loved seeing everyone's posts. Today, I'm posting my item #21 a photograph with an artistic tool. I have found that I use my iphone more and more often in my photography, so I took this selfie with it.
Today, I would like you to post a comment telling me how many of the 21 items you found. I will award two prizes. One randomly selected from those who have found all 21 items and one from everyone who participated and found any at all. I'd also love you to add a link below to a post about the scavenger hunt. It can be one you put up this weekend with some new finds. Or it can be to an older, favorite post. I also ask that you visit a few other participants to see what they found this summer.

Hello Rinda. Thanks you so much for organising this. My first time joining in - and I can't wait for next year! Do so hope you will repeat the event!!! By a bit of fiddling at the end I managed to post all 21 plus the 2 substitutes. They are all on the one page - and the link SHOULD take everyone straight to it - if I have done it right!! Thanks for a load of fun this summer, and an opportunity to look at things differently, taking photos of things I wouldn't normally. I am usually the one grovelling on the ground, with a macro lens on, trying to get the inside of a flower!

ReplyDeleteFirstly a huge thank you Rinda for another great scavenger hunt I have totally enjoyed seeking out the objects/subjects! I also drove my family slightly mad with asking them to help me find items and also to find something in the clouds! I managed all 21 with both bonus items....just scraped in having left home in my PJ's this morning to drive to a theatre and then got out in my night attire to take a photo..... luckily there were no theatre goers at 7.30 am!!! As last year, the scavenger hunt conveniently comes up just when we are off on holidays. I've been missing in action for a month, busy collecting my photos. Thanks again Rinda. I got all of them, including the options, tho' a couple are taken closer to home. I'll be back next year.

Thanks for a great photohunt and my final tally was 19. Two eluded me through my own fault lol. I loved the IPhone photo as you are right they are a great tool for scrapbookers and memory recording.

I've loved doing the scavenger hunt again this year and can't wait to do it all again next year! I didn't manage all of them,/just missed 1, so 20 is my total.
