Item #6: Someone taking a nap
June is almost over and with it, the first month of the 2013 Summertime Photography Scavenger Hunt. This weekend, I'll host a linky where you can check in with your progress, share a story about the hunt or add any other hunt related post. Since I've been labeling my photos, it will be easy for everyone to click through and see what I've found. It's not too late to join in the fun, there's still almost three full months left to find the items, and I'm beginning to suspect that the list this year is a tad easy. What do you think? Hope to see you this weekend!
I think it is easier this year but there are a few challenging items - fisherman, cloud & dinosaur.
ReplyDeleteI think it's harder this year! Struggling to see a cloud in any shape other than a grey blanket! There's several others I think I will struggle with too:)
ReplyDeleteI think it's about the same as last year with a few I'm going to have trouble with - windmill, dinosaur unless we go to the ROM in Toronto (trying to get John to go into the city is major), fisherman, animal in a zoo etc
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the link up - for my second time through. I don't know about easier - there are going to be some that I struggle with I suspect.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the link up and love the photo of Henry napping :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photo!
ReplyDeleteI will be hoping to tick a few off my list in August when holidaying in the USA. Hoping for a fab sunset down at Key West :)
It is a bit easier....but still some that I'll be lucky if I find.
ReplyDeleteA sunset will be difficult unless we have a view from the caravan in Fishguard next month. I think it is the same degree of difficulty as last time and it is certainly just as much fun.
ReplyDeleteNot just taking the pictures but seeing everyone eles's is just fabulous
He is such a handsome boy :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your Marathon

I'm not convinced this list is any easier. I just think we are all excited to get started and have a better handle on what it takes now to get all the photos!
ReplyDeleteI found a bunch straight off ... but the rest are going to take some time. Especially without a vacation on the horizon. I am glad that there are still 3 months!
ReplyDeleteI'll let you know after the weekend if it's easy or hard! LOL Heading out this afternoon for a little drive to search out some items.
ReplyDeleteThere are some I will definitely struggle with I think - but as this is my first time I am still finding my feet! Love the photo of your son - J x
ReplyDeleteI'm working on it....plenty of time.
ReplyDeleteI think it's a tad easier but I think it's individual perspective. The windmill made me groan but a fisherman is easy whereas I hear a lot of people say the fisherman will be among their hardest. I do think it makes you much more aware of what's around you.
ReplyDeleteI haven't done any yet! I am planning on waiting for my phone upgrade and then hope to challenge myself and take them all on my mobile! Why I make it harder for myself i don't know!
ReplyDeleteI'm reserving judgement on the difficulty level. Ask me in 3 months time! We managed a few today :o)
ReplyDeleteIt's been sporadic for me. There were things I knew would require being someplace other than around here to find & so far I haven't been anyplace else so they are still missing. Some things I knew would be very easy I haven't done yet because I am hoping to find more interesting versions of them. But it has been a lot of fun so far
ReplyDeleteI think the anticipation of the list was palpable and so a few finds were just eagerly taken. I love to see what other people find, easy for some difficult for others...it is just too much fun. x
ReplyDeleteI don't know about this year being "easier"...I might beg to differ. ;o)
ReplyDeleteI have plans in the upcoming months to take a little road trip (north to Young, Arizona) and check off a few prompts. Otherwise, I'm keeping my eyes open as I go about my days...
I'm almost done ... but that cloud one is a real challenge!
ReplyDeleteHi I thin k it depends on where you live in the uk it is so grey at the moment the cloud one is going to be difficult.
ReplyDeletejanet
Think I might manage all on the list this year, but still 1 or 2 difficult ones to achieve
