10 on the 10th: Gaudi Overload
On the tenth of each month, Shimelle hosts a link-up where bloggers post "ten things." This month, I'm featuring "Gaudi Overload" - ten (plus a few more) photographs of Gaudi architecture from Barcelona, Spain. The one above is the iconic mosaic dragon from Gaudi's Park Guell. Outside of Park Guell, there's lots of other Gaudi to be found. In one district, he designed these fabulous light posts:

So, that's my Gaudi overload. . . definitely more than ten. And posted a day early, too!
Thank you Rinda - Barcelona is the place I want to visit more than any other because of the Gaudi Park and buildings. I love them.

Gorgeous! The only thing I saw in Barcelona was the airport, clearly we missed the boat! (Or maybe, I should say, we should have missed our plane, and gone sightseeing.)
ReplyDeleteWhat an inspired idea for a ten! I loved your Gaudi-fest becasue I've only really driven through Barcelona in a bus and we didn't get to stop for a lot of pictures. These are brilliant!

ReplyDeleteSome great Gaudi shots there Rinda (especially the dragon which was draped in tourists whenever we tried to snap a pic). I loved Casa Batllo - it was a brilliant tour. Happy memories TFS

How funny - it was only this weekend I was thinking that I'd like to go to Barcelona. Looks like there's lots to see.
