This weekend I'm participating in Jennifer's Organisation Celebration Blog Hop. You may have come here from Louise's blog. If not, go check out Jennifer's post (here) to start your way 'round the Hop. As you go around the blog hop, be sure to pick up the special letter featured at each blog. Then, you can put them together and form a phrase to win a terrific prize. You can find my letter at the end of this post. The theme of the blog hop is organization!
My favorite tip for organization is to "plan ahead." I especially like to do this for Christmas. In the U.S., many craft stores have "Christmas in July" sales, where Christmas merchandise goes on sale. I often like to make a bunch of Christmas cards in July (and prepare the pieces for more), so that they'll be ready by the time December rolls around. In order to help you get organized and plan ahead, I'm giving away four sets of new or gently used Christmas stamps. If you want a chance to win any (or all) of them, just leave me a comment letting me know which of the sets you want (feel free to enter the random give away for more than one set).
UPDATED TO ADD: ENTRY TIME CLOSED; WINNER POSTED SOON!
Set #1: Close to My Heart Polar Bears (much loved but gently used)
Set #2 Snowy (Crestwood "Winter Phases" and Inkadinado Snowman) gently used
Set #3: Reindeer Moon (All Night Media reindeer and unknown unmounted; gently used):Set #4: Ornament and Tags (all brand new; Club Scrap ornament; others by Stampin Up):
Be sure to leave me some way to contact you. I'll choose a random winner on July 2! ENTRIES NOW CLOSED; WINNER TO BE POSTED TOMORROW (JULY 3)
Now, to continue along the Hop, go to Kirsty's blog, by clicking here. And, oh, be sure to bring this letter with you: "I" . Collect all the letters for a chance to win this fabulous prize package:
Once you've got all the letters and reached the end of the hop, you can email Jennifer the phrase you've collected. All entries must be received by Monday the 2nd of July at 11.59pm BST, and all the correct answers will be put into a draw to win the gorgeous prize package of October Afternoon 9 to 5 and Studio Calico Take Note items, worth over £25!
If you get lost anywhere along the way, here's the complete list of participating blogs:

These are such beautiful stamps. I especially love the last set. Very organised to plan christmas now! The best I have done is to start pinning on pinterest!" xxx
ReplyDeleteHow can you "bear" to part with any of these stamps! I think I would like Set 4, the ornament and tags. That would help my organization because I wouldn't have to keep tags in my stash.
ReplyDeleteGreat tip I always try to start christmas early but still seem to have a long list of things to do and make come November I must try harder this year. Thanks for the chance to win I think I would like to win set 2.
ReplyDeleteJenny x
A generous giveaway Rinda. I like #2 or #3 best for my purposes. Am enjoying the blog hop (and the Photo Scavenger) too.
ReplyDeleteOh, how I would love to have my Christmas cards done in July!!! Maybe I should give it a try this year!
ReplyDeleteI'm back again Rinda. It seems that Jo S on the blog hop hasn't posted since 10th June... or else it is inaccessible to me, so I can't see her tips or get her letter. Any clues?
ReplyDeleteWell, it's almost time to start on those Christmas cards - where did June go??
ReplyDeleteHow kind Rinda - I wish I could get organised in plenty of time for Christmas - I found that not making Christmas cards was the way to go!!! I think I'll leave the stamps to your other commenters to make good use of :o)
ReplyDeleteHi Rinda, I plan on making snowmen next week with salt and pepper bottles. Please add me to the list for set #2.
ReplyDeleteI do like to be organised for Christmas, but can't quite bring myself to make cards that early n the year. Mind you it looks like November outside, so maybe I could pretend! Please don't include me in your generous giveaway as I have plenty of stamps to be going on with :o)
ReplyDeleteAny set would be find with me! Last year I had my cards made by September. Maybe this year I can be just as early.
ReplyDeletePlanning head is excellent advice and I do really try but I find sometimes things change too much! I'm impressed by all your Christmas prep and I like the teddies.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful stamps, I love the polar bear ones, that because I collect teddy bears:0)
ReplyDeleteI cannot cope with Christmas in July, the year goes too quickly as it is anyway.
Thanks for sharing.
Something inside me won't let me prepare for Christmas so early, I wish I could, because I always run out of time in December! I shall try to follow your good example and make some cards ahead of time this year!
ReplyDeleteI love set 3 - that reindeer is lovely!
Thanks so much for joining in the blog hop! x
I wish i could think about Christmas in July......but i just can't bring myself too! Lovely post and i like set 2 of all your super stamps.
ReplyDeleteI love #1 & 4! Very beautiful stamps!
ReplyDeleteThanks! :)
I'd love to win any of these gorgeous stamps - though whether I'd actually be organised enough to make use of them before my usual last minute rush at the end of November I'm not so sure!
ReplyDeleteI love set 2! I agree with you about getting started early on Christmas stuff. It is just too busy in the season!
ReplyDeleteHi Rinda, I love the poplar bears and the tags & ornaments. Thanks for the chance to win :)
ReplyDeleteI like the Snowy set of stamps! Thanks for the chance to win. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tips =)
ReplyDeleteThis blog hop is fab. Would love to have the chance to win set #2 please
ReplyDeleteYou don't need to include me in your giveaway because it is quite possible I already have too many stamps for my own good. And I am reminded that I have a CTMH Christmas set that I should uncover. I am enjoying this hop - and perhaps I see you tomorrow for Storytelling Sunday.
ReplyDeleteI love Christmas so much that I am happy to plan in advance but not that organised this year xxx hope you got your parcel from me xxx
ReplyDeleteI try, I try and I try again to get organized and just can't! Well I do a little and then another crafting tornado bursts right in! These are all such lovely stamps sets and how generous of you! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh, those polar bears are too cute! Of course I got to choose this set, as the polar bear is my totem animal. What a great idea for a bloghop and a giveaway!
ReplyDeleteSet #2 is my favorite, off to the next stop.
ReplyDeleteNot sure I could cope with Christmas in July - that's a little TOO organised for me!
ReplyDeleteI have far too many stamps already -so no need to include me in the giveaway x
