Wonderful choices not only in the photos, but the textures you chose. The texture created such a lovely canvas in the first one, and I love the second one. You did a great job with the B&W. I agree it's not easy. The B&W conversion softened the effect of the background a bit, I think, so your son is more prominent in the photo. Just what you want.
